Tree of Life, Ya'axche Tree
Ya'axche, the sacred tree of the Mayan and many Indigenous cultures of the Americas. The Tree of Life connects the underworld, earth, and the heavens, linking the four directions with it's branches. A Mayan tale warns at dark a beautiful woman will be by this tree and lure men to their demise. A warning to go straight home after work.
